  • How do I book?

  • When and where can I use my Audio Guestbook?

    We hire all year round for any event and have free express shipping Australia-wide. You can enjoy our Audio Guestbooks at any location!

  • How long is my hire for?

    You will receive your Audio Guestbook a few days before your event and will need to return it the next business day after your event. We include a pre-paid return shipping satchel to make returns a breeze!

  • Do I need to charge my Audio Guestbook?

    Your Audio Guestbook is fully charged and switched on when you receive it. We do include a charging cable to ensure you don’t run out of battery during your hire period.

  • Does my Audio Guestbook need to be plugged in?

    Nope! Our Audio Guestbooks are cordless and fully portable. You can set them up anywhere or move them around so you don’t miss a single guest.

  • How far in advance can I book?

    We suggest getting in early to secure your booking. However we are unable to take any bookings within 2 weeks of your event date as we cannot guarantee processing and delivery will be on time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Bookings cancelled within 1 month of your event date will forfeit 50% of your booking fee.

    Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of your event date will forfeit 100% of your booking fee.

  • How will I receive my voice messages?

    Once your returned Audio Guestbook has been received, we will send you your recorded audio messages via your requested format within 24 hours. All files are in mp3 format.

    You can choose online delivery for $0 or a custom Maple Keepsake Box & USB for $50.

  • Is there a limit of messages that can be recorded?

    Our Audio Guestbooks can hold an impressive number of recorded messages so you don’t have to worry.

  • What if I don't receive my Audio Guestbook on time?

    We will ship your Audio Guestbook well in advance so it will arrive a few days before your event. However, sometimes shipping delays are outside of our control. If your Audio Guestbook is delayed by Australia Post and does not make it in time, we will issue a full refund.

  • What if I return my Audio Guestbook late?

    Our Audio Guestbooks need to be returned to any AusPost outlet the next business day after your event to ensure it makes it on time to the next hire. Late fees of $100 per day may apply.
